We are a family company founded in 2022 by brothers, Robert and Rafał Malinowski in Szczecin, Poland. Since childhood, we shared many different hobbies, for this moment one of them is the fascination with pizza, which began in 2020. From the very beginning, our goal was to achieve the effect closest to Neapolitan pizza in home conditions. After many bakes in the oven using different stones, we came to the conclusion that the result did not satisfy us, and we had to look for an alternative. As we also have a passion for engineering, our first joint idea was to try using steel. We designed and made a plate of thick steel, and the first bakes made us realize that it was a bull’s-eye. So now we want to share with you the best possible way to bake pizza in the oven, our pizza steel.
