An oven capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 250°C will be able to heat our steel to around 330°C in 30-35 minutes, assuming it is placed 5-7 cm from the top heaters.

Baking pizzas is only one of the many possible uses of a baking tray. You can easily bake all kinds of bread on it, but also meats. Such a steel can also be used as a pan on a grill or bonfire.

After receiving the steel, prepare it according to the seasoning instruction included in the package.

The surface of the steel may contain scratches and pits created during the production process. They don't affect the quality of baking and do not constitute a defect of the product
